The Duclos Point Property Owners Association executive board welcomes you to this site and our neighbourhood!
We hope that you will enjoy the congenial atmosphere of the “Point”, it’s Parks, right of ways, and tennis courts. We enjoy a program of social activities, including our annual “Field Day” the first long weekend in August.
The purpose of the Association is to promote, protect and preserve our parks, and common properties for the good of all members.
Annual Association member dues ($125 for 2009) allow us to pay property taxes on the park and right of ways, and to maintain our park and add to its amenities which is a prime asset to all of us. A copy of our By-Laws is available from any board member.
