It was so exciting to see all the activity this past May long weekend! Chilly, windy but SUNNY was the theme….Welcome back to the Snow Birds and to new neighbours all around!
Thanks again to the Tree Planting families that placed the new large trees at the South end of the Park. If you are an Orienteer, you will notice that the 4 points of the compass are marked with the Red Maples, and the very center stands a mighty Oak – one we can watch grow and shelter our grandchildren in years to come.
Now that the sun is out and the winds have helped out, the Park should be dry enough in the next week or so to have it’s first cutting. For those not around, it was a virtual lake for most of the spring! (as usual!)
